This is the second release in our Poster Series in partnership with New Orleans-based artist Nora Patterson!
The Design:
A walk through Jean Lafitte Barataria Preserve inspired the use of colorful Louisiana Iris, the Louisiana State Wildflower, for this illustration. The cucumber vine was a staple in Nora’s mom’s vegetable garden growing up and she would often find Green Tree Frogs hiding in the leaves while picking fresh cucumbers.
